MSA Constitution and Rule Book

MSA publishes its Constitution and Rule Book annually.  The current edition is for the  2008 season.

The 2007 season rulebook is still available for reference, and can be downloaded here.

Revisions

     Suggested revisions to the Constitution and Rule Book must be submitted in writing or via email to the Rules Committee within 15 days after the last show of the season.  The next year’s Rule Book or Addendum will be approved by the Board 45 days prior to the designated open membership meeting.

     Changes or interpretations of the rules may be made during the year by a two-thirds (2/3) favoring vote of the quorum present at any Board of Directors meeting.  Members will be notified before changes become effective.

    The members of your Board of Directors are committed to providing the best possible show series venue for our members.   In order to help us better accomplish this task, we are soliciting your input to the 2008 Rulebook and Constitution. .
